Debuting in the exuberant Roaring 20s, the Gatsby and Grand Ballrooms have been thoughtfully restored, preserving their historic elegance for a new era of gatherings and celebrations.
GATSBY BALLROOM
The iconic Art Deco chandeliers in the Gatsby Ballroom have been painstakingly restored, along with the stately columns that define this elegant third-floor venue. Accommodating up to 150 guests, the space features state-of-the-art sound and lighting systems, a large stage, and a mezzanine balcony creating the perfect setting for unforgettable events
This 2-story ballroom features a large open ballroom, stage, mezzanine balcony, bar, private room, coat room, and a state-of-the-art sound and lighting system.

Seated: 150 guests
Standing: 250 guests
Rental Rates:
(4-hour Gatsby Ballroom Only):
Sunday-Thursday: $2,500
Friday-Saturday: $2,900
A 50% deposit is required to secure the preferred event date, with the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to the event.
Combination Rental Rates:
(2-hour ceremony or cocktail hour in Gatsby Ballroom, followed by 4-hour reception in Grand Ballroom):
Sunday-Thursday: $4,500
Friday-Saturday: $5,500

Gatsby and Grand Ballroom preferred caterer is Orlando’s Catering however, we are open to all caterers subject to prior approval and a minimal kitchen use charge if utilizing the on-site kitchen.

Parking is conveniently located just around the corner from the event space. Parking passes are available for purchase at a nominal fee of $6.50 for 4 hours or $7.00 for 5 hours.
GRAND BALLROOM
The Grand Ballroom, a spacious top-floor venue with an open layout accommodates up to 300 guests and features stunning arched windows with spectacular views of Historic Downtown St. Louis. The space is also equipped with a house sound system and customizable mood lighting, creating an elegant setting for memorable events.
This large open ballroom features view unobstructed by columns as well as bright natural light and views of Historic Downtown Saint Louis.
